Join a dynamic team as a Junior UX/UI Designer and embark on a journey through all phases of product design. You'll have the opportunity to develop apps that control product functionalities and work in an agile environment.

Your role as Junior UX/UI Designer

As a passionate advocate for user experience, you will be creatively solving problems at every level of detail. You'll be involved in several development projects, working with a user-centered approach. As a junior designer, you'll collaborate with senior designers, and as you gain experience, you'll take on more responsibilities.

The team on site consists of 4 people but you will have close collaboration with the rest of the team in Stockholm and outside of Sweden. You'll have flexible work hours with a core time of 8-17.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, analyzing results to draw conclusions
  • Define user goals and conceptualize designs
  • Create detailed UI designs
  • Take part in cross-functional workshops
  • Assisting senior developers and designers


Requirements as Junior UX/UI Designer
  • A degree in UX/UI from a vocational college or university
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Have a portfolio with projects to show

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Swedish language skills
  • Swedish driver's license
  • Experience with app development, including both Android and iOS

Personal Qualities

You have a passion for understanding and enabling user needs, enjoying both the big picture and the fine details of UI design. You are a team player with a high level of self-leadership, open to asking questions and taking initiative. Excellent communication skills, able to explain design decisions effectively.
